The TITRIVIN AA series

The TITRIVIN AA series supplies a range of ordinate values for the 10 most common parameters of dry wines analyses.

The reference values of this series are distributed to cover all the range of analyses of wines.

The covered ranges are :

  • For the Alcoholic level : from 9 to 15% vol.
  • For the Glucose+Fructose : from 0,7 to 10 g/L
  • For theTotal acidity : from 2,4 to 5,7 g/L H2SO4
  • For the volatile acidity : from 0,20 to 0,80 g/L H2SO4
  • For the L-malic acid : from 0,2 to 2,7 g/L
  • For the L-lactic acid : from 0,2 to 1 g/L
  • for the acetiq acid : from 0,2 to 1 g/L

The reference values of pH, reducing sugars and DO 280 are also available on this range.

The TITRIVIN SW series

This new range is composed of 3 references. It covers the analysis range of sweet wines.

The covered ranges are : 

  • For the alcoholic level : from 6 to 12% vol.
  • For the Glucose+Fructose : from 25 to 180 g/L
