Expressing
acidity
The total acidity and volatile acidity of TITRIVIN's
reference wines are expressed in grams of sulphuric acid per litre, the
unit commonly used in France. From the TA or VA values in grams of H2SO4
per litre you simply need apply the following multipliers to obtain the
values of these parameters in milliequivalents per litre, or other units
used in different countries:
